What is the Mid Life Quest? 

This is a unique approach to fitness that is exclusively for women between 40 and 60.  

When we approach mid life many women feel that it's half-time; often we experience feeling of loss but don't know why.

We're told that this is can be the best time or lives, so why dont we feel that it is?   

It may be because we feel that we no longer fit in, we're know we are not the women we used to be......

but we don't know who we are supposed to become?

Simply put we feel Too young to be old and too old to be young! 

Some of us feel there's no point trying to improve ourselves because we've missed the boat! ..... BUT You Haven't!

  • Mid Life counselling
    • Talking about how you feel about getting older
    • Using CBT Techniques to remove maladaptive beliefs

  •  Personal Training - using techniques that respect the needs of your body & protect you from osteoporosis
    • CORE Training
    • Pilates
    • Resistance Training
    • Aerobic training at a level that you are comfortable with
  • The Nutrition Review - a full healthy eating service / tailor made & designed for fat loss without loosing muscle mass
    • Analysis of your existing eating habits and your nutrient balance.
    • Menu development based on your current weight, fitness and long term goals.
    • Day by day monitoring of your macro nutrient consumption.
    • Frequent progress checks as well as weekly adjustments to allow for changing tastes and needs
    • Menus adapt to your likes and dislikes, allowing you to eat many of your favourite foods and meals, as well as a Sensible Eating Out guide.
    • Analysis of your kitchen to show you where your food weaknesses are and how to avoid them (on request and by appointment).
    • Healthy Cookng Demonstrations (on request and by appointment)
    • Exclusive use of "The Studio" and "The Suite"

Package Prices

There is no set price for this package as it is tailored to suit what you want, rather than try to fit you into a box. 

Some women may prefer to have more counselling than others, some may feel after a few months they are back on track and are ready to leave the program.  So I will put together a program based on your needs and then charge you only for those services!

It is entirely up to you!
